62-year-old rocker Steven Tyler is not secretive about his obsession with cosmetics surgery. The now American Idol judge and Aerosmith crooner has had very recent cosmetic works done in preparation for his new role for FOX TV. At his age, Tyler doesn't seem to want to stop from going under the knife, says a cosmetics expert.

Board-certified facial plastic surgeon Dr. J. David Holcomb confirms reports saying Tyler has had "injectable fillers in strategic areas." The surgeon from Sarasota, Florida, used recent photos of Tyler showing side by side with photos taken as far back as 2005.

Holcomb adds that Tyler appears to have had his cheeks injected with Radiesse or Perlane in order to fill up and smoothen the otherwise hollow areas beneath his eyes. The surgeon says that the Aerosmith front man may have also had Botox injected in areas on his forehead, as well as laser peeling to brighten and tone much of his face.
