On November 28, Dr. Lise Kalinski and her team from Aesthetic Dental will host Botox for a Cause, a charity for Ryan Bentson—a local resident who is waiting for a lung transplant in Toronto.

Dr. Kalinski says that this is the most he could do to help Mr. Bentson.

Bentson was born with cystic fibrosis, a multi-organ disease that affects the lungs and the digestive system and is a common fatal genetic disease.

Since a severe lung infection six months ago, Bentson has been dependent on oxygen breathers. He requires a double-lung transplant. The wait list for this transplant is six to two years.

Kalinski says that: “So we’ve decided to do a Botox treatment day as a fundraiser, with the proceeds donated to the success of Ryan’s treatment.”
