Ever wonder what your most admired celebrities think about ageing and wrinkles? Well, Mirror.co.uk recently compiled thoughts of well-known celebrities to see the stars’ take on aging. Now pay attention, maybe you'll learn something.

Dame Helen Mirren
The 63-year-old Oscar winner says: "I read some of the stuff people wrote about her bikini shots in the papers. They said, 'She obviously has a trainer and a nutritionist.' Well, I don't smoke and I don't drink too much, exercise occasionally but not ferociously, and I've never had any work done. Did you see Faye Dunaway? Hollywood women don't look young when they have work done, they just look odd."
Jennifer Aniston
The 39-year-old actress, who also starred in Friends, says: "I drink a load of water. If I don't, I dehydrate badly. Water is important."
Sarah Jessica Parker
The Sex And The City star, 43, says: "I do yoga all I can, and I like feeling fit and healthy. When you're young, you can run around and not really care about what shape you're in because you wake up feeling OK. Now I'm older, I need to do more."
Courteney Cox
The ex-Friends actress, 44, says: "Botox is fantastic and horrible. Use it sparingly. When people start messing with their foreheads and can't lift their eyebrows, that's weird. It's not that I haven't tried Botox - but I hated it.'
