Euoko Inc. (USA) singed a contract with Euoko Inc. (Canada) to take over all shares of the company, both issues and outstanding. This comes at the same time as Euoko Inc. (Canada) reports the release of 24 new beauty products focusing mostly on advanced skin care. As per the agreement, Euoko Inc (USA) will take over the new skincare line and cease it's original jewelry assembly operations. 

As for the new line of products, President of Euoko Inc. (Canada) Brandon Truaxe says, "The advance skin care market is at a key point in its lucrative development. Increasing consumer demand for effective products that deliver visible results coincides with advances in biotechnology, biology, nanotechnology and peptide technology that can deliver the results for the first time in history of this industry."

The products will each fall into one of five specific categories of skin treatment:

The R-Series products target the skin's appearance by restoring the glow to the skin and eliminating the dull appearance that comes from today's hectic lifestyles.

The W-series guarantees to produce a smooth and even skin tone by eliminating age spots, freckles and sun spots.

The Y-series products will employ the newest technologies to reduce the appearance wrinkles. The products in this category promise result similar to injection skin treatments.

The A-series combine fruit acids, antibacterial proteins, and vitamins to help prevent acne and blemishes from erupting on the skin.

Finally the P-series uses the best proteins, DNA protectors, and antioxidants to guard the skin from harmful substances in the air, including the sun's rays, and oxy-radicals. These products allow the skin to heal itself from previous damage, thereby seemingly reversing the signs of aging.
